Dear Patients,

Our clinic is OPEN from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays for PATIENT INQUIRIES ONLY.
Our Providers will continue to conduct telephonic consultations.
We will be checking the patient's temperature at the front door. You are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing in our office. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. This process is necessary to limit the exposure of COVID 19 virus to our staff and patients.
Please continue to call our office, if you have the following symptoms:
- Cough
- Fever
- Shortness of Breath
If you believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, we can refer you to a testing center.
